RELAXED REMODEL

This home had great bones but was stuck in the late '90s. The client came to us ready for a full refresh. We focused on giving it a clean, modern feel that still felt comfortable for the client. The project began with fresh paint throughout and a fireplace redesign. The biggest transformation happened in the kitchen, where we closed off unnecessary window's and a pass-through between the kitchen and dining room to add more usable cabinetry and counter space. Slabs of Fantasy Brown became the focal point, used seamlessly across the counters and backsplash to create a clean look. The Fantasy Brown was our design inspiration starting point. We pulled the home’s color palette from the stone’s natural tones. Creamy whites, muted greens, and soft neutrals that feel timeless were used throughout. Green cabinetry in the kitchen, paired with a lighter island, added just the right amount of color to go with the client's large art collection. Every room was updated with high end lighting. The bathrooms were redesigned with the same color story and design intention, giving the entire house a sense of calm cohesion.
