LUXGURY STAGING

During my time staging luxury properties, I had the opportunity to work in some of the most beautiful homes throughout Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and the Bay Area. These were high end listings designed to impress but just needed a little bit of TLC. Our goal was to elevate each space in a way that highlighted the architecture and lifestyle without overwhelming it. Every piece of furniture and styling detail was carefully chosen to match the quality and design caliber of the home itself. Always wanted the staging to feel effortless and elevated by adding warmth without distracting from the structure, finishes, or flow. It was about creating a space that complemented the home’s level of craftsmanship while allowing buyers to envision their own life or things within it. Each home came with its own set of unique design choices and layout challenges. A big part of the creative process was working around those elements to deliver something cohesive, clean, yet visually appealing. The final result needed to photograph beautifully, show well in person, and ultimately help the seller get to top dollar.
